This varies architecture by architecture. Look for files called list or list*, inside distrib/ARCH/... subdirectories. The specific location of those files varies, it is not completely clean. I have tried over the years to make it cleaner, but any change requires revisiting the build process on every architecture, so.... Also see how they are modified (shrunk) via the Makefiles in distrib/special. Not all the utilities have all the features. There are a few compromises.
