Nick, I don't think you were being either welcoming or inviting there. To answer OP's question: Yes of course you can, and I did so in the past. The experience wasn't bad, although of course using any free Unix as a desktop system is guaranteed to deliver some pain at least (don't expect it to "just work"). Nicolas
