Thanks to Stuart, When changed config '/etc/hostname.tun0' -> '/etc/hostname.tap0' plus '/etc/openvpn/server.conf' dev tun0 -> dev tap0, and make some cosmetic modifications in 'pf.conf' all works pretty fine since than.
