It would be a cuaU* device, the exact number depends on whether you have other USB UARTs and on how the device itself works (there are often additional "control-only" devices). "not configured" suggests there might be a problem though. Showing a dmesg and usbdevs -dv with the device plugged in would be a good start. (complete dmesg, don't trim it).
