Good catch - that explains why I would not see it after the install. But today is Nov 8 (as confirmed by date(1), and it still doesn't see it, even after I touch(1) the file. Should I report it as a bug? The mismatch between Nov 1 and the actual release is probably another bug. Should I report as well? Thanks!
