Sure, a native client (like nixnote2) aren't available on OpenBSD is my primary motivator.
Additionally, I don't truly use all the features (been a customer for a long time) and would like to have more control over my data, too. The web application is not a real client, but is available to access the data. Right now I'm leaning towards Zim + rclone.
