No one provided an opinion whether the protocol manuals are accurate
and worth installing, so i simply deleted the two .Xrs for now,
see the commit below.

Delete .Xrs to rsync(5) and rsyncd(5).
If somebody wants to install these two manual pages describing the
protocols, it is easy to put these two links back.
