Try EDIS, cheap unbeatable prices. You pay like 8EUR a month with a decent VM with 2TB traffic. Only caveat that you need to install OBSD on yourself. They used to have BSDs on the selectable KVM machine list but they removed it, doesn't mean that you can't install your custom OS. Network is very stable and they even have feeds about network outages. So you need to install obsd on your own but where is the fun without that :-)
