I start xconsole in Xsetup_0 as follows

xconsole -geometry 480x130-0-26 \
       -daemon \
       -notify \
       -verbose \
       -exitOnFail

The gap in my case is the 26.  -26 means 26 pixel from the bottom.

Thanks! Set the gap to be equal to my .cwmrc gap, and xclock is now 
nicely visible all the time. No more being late ever again :)
