Multiboot support will never be a priority in OpenBSD. None of the developers are using multiboot scenarios. We develop and test OpenBSD to support what we use, that is why it is so good at what it does, and that is also also why it sucks ass for multiboot.
I suggest you get over it. If that is a dealbreaker, I guess OpenBSD is not for you! We'll be perfectly happy if people insisting on multiboot go elsewhere.
