Not a script, but there are instructions in the lower half of usr.bin/mandoc/Makefile and you can read the man.cgi manual with $ mandoc -a usr.bin/mandoc/man.cgi.8 https://github.com/openbsd/src/blob/master/usr.bin/mandoc/Makefile#L43-L77
