Doing an OpenBSD 7.8 install without any of these files,
but still specifying a DNS server inside my network,
resulted in the following:
1) got ipv6 address from ISP (but no ipv4 address)
2) routing all screwed up (doesn't work)
3) DNS all screwed up (doesn't work)

Will try again w/o specifying my own internal DNS server.
I wonder how and why my own DNS server is breaking things.
