Reading both the 7.7 and 7.8 errata, only 7.8 mentions updated stable packages being available and indeed there is no updated opensmtpd-filter-dkimsign package for 7.7 on the mirrors.
Since you're on 7.7 I believe you'll either need to deal with adapting/rebuilding the port manually or upgrade to 7.8 with the latest stable packages. I would just upgrade to 7.8 which should be quite painless.
