That Teams term rang a bell here. There was a user who could not take part in a Teams meeting. Permanent connection drops. Had to reconnect permanently. Over a DSL link easily capable of providing a UHD stream while recording another UHD stream in parallel. I wasn't present while that happened. I just remember the user telling me how embarrassing it was to yell "how shitty is your internet here, I will never do this from here again" at the whole team. It surely wasn't the DSL link or the router to blame, nor the laptop in use. Maybe it's just a Teams configuration issue. No experience with this here, though.
