It's on cvs, I don't think they update the src and ports tar files on the ftp site with stable cvs updates.

According to http://www.openbsd.org/pkg-stable.html 3.9 does have clamav-0.88.2 in it's packages. And my spam/virus email filter runs 3.9-stable with clamav-0.88.2. Check the site next time. Jason
