Oh come on. Everyone knows that Red Hat makes deals with closed vendors. They have SINCE DAY ONE helped negotiate NDA's for Red Hat associated developers. The result is that some drivers can only be fixed by a few very special people who have those documents under NDA, and that everyone else can only report bugs. The result is also that anyone else who tries to get documentation now are told "you have to sign an NDA, everyone else has been OK with that". Get out from under the rock!
