Yes, of course it exists. But you stated that OpenBSD includes it. It does not. It is not part of base. *You* must get it and *You* must install it. *Your* decision, not OpenBSD's. It's actually beside the point anyway, because OpenBSD is not on a crusade to free the world of un-free software so saying this is *any* form of hypocrisy is flat out bullshit.
