What kind of "release" is not "re-distributed"?
By redistribute I do not mean the author distributes it again, I mean
the recipient then acts as a distributor.
Just because I have an alpha release of <some software> doesn't mean I
have the right to redistribute that software. Those rights are
determined by my license agreement.
