Please let's not pummel Theo with this directly. As far as this goes, I'll point out once that you have to have physical ownership of the laptop to do this, and if so, all bets are off. If one has really really critical data on a laptop that goes into the outside world, they should be shot. Truly sensitive data should only go out into the world encrypted as a backup, NOT on some random laptop! The research is very interesting, but it doesn't apply to OpenBSD. --STeve Andre'
