I don't use this device so I can turn it off in /etc/boot.conf for now.
Just another info about it :

If I use 'sudo halt' from X then it hangs.If I use 'sudo halt' from
console then it halts.
It doesn't depend for reboot command if I use X or console,laptop just
reboot fine.
