Any sounds in Firefox or Pidgin.Nothing from speakers. But if I use headphones then I can hear sounds. If I don't use headphones I can hear sounds from speakers only in Xterm (mpg123,cat /dev/urandom > /dev/audio,....). I installed package for pidgin with pkg_add but it failed so I must use port and everything is installed and set.
I know, that gnash is only for Flash, but this package has some dependencies like libraries for mpeg, ogg and so on. But if I install it on 4.4 I have plugins for multimedia too in about:plugins. For Java I must use link to correct file, but it's described in install message of Firefox - nothing about multimedia.Same thing happen if I install FF 3.x on 4.4. If I use 2.0.0.6 and install gnash I have plugins for flash and multimedia too. 2009/4/16 Jacob Meuser <[email protected]>: > On Thu, Apr 16, 2009 at 11:39:01AM +0200, Tom??
