So edit /etc/wsconsctl.conf and shut the beep up.  I added the sample
line to the file for a reason, you know.

All this "me too, me three" yammering and nobody bothered searching
the list for "beep" to read the exact same discussion last time it
happened.

Correct procedure to fix a problem:
1. Check tech to see if patch has been submitted.
2. Submit patch.

Incorrect procedure:
1.  "It sucks."
2.  "I agree."
