Are you, perchance, running -current? The http ABI was changed (http://www.openbsd.org/faq/current.html#20090603), and you appear to be running a port from -stable. (Which is not guaranteed to work, and doesn't, in this case.) You didn't post a dmesg and may not be running a kernel compiled by the project, so I wasn't able to figure out whether you were running -current. For what it's worth, my Apache/PHP install works fine... Joachim
