Or if I just have a munged partition?

Background: Box is a Sun Fire T1000, running 4.5, used as a mirror for
my various internal boxes. It was running OpenBSD shortly after the T1
gained support, and what with running snapshots to test and whatnot, has
hung and had to fsck more times than I care to remember. It seems to
have picked up some glitches, and still occasionally hangs, but recently
I got this on the console:

OpenBSD/sparc64 (slash.dotslash.org.uk) (console)

login: sd0(mpi0:0:0): Check Condition (error 0x70) on opcode 0x28
    SENSE KEY: Media Error
         INFO: 0x1408a08d (VALID flag on)
     ASC/ASCQ: Unrecovered Read Error
sd0(mpi0:0:0): Check Condition (error 0x70) on opcode 0x2a
    SENSE KEY: Write Protected
         INFO: 0x1408a08d (VALID flag on)
     ASC/ASCQ: Write Protected

OpenBSD/sparc64 (slash.dotslash.org.uk) (console)

login:

Does anyone know if this is likely to be a hardware fault, or if its
just that one of my partitions has got errors on it somewhere that I
could sort with a newfs?

Upon logging in at the console, I get:

login: root
Password:
Terminal type? [sun]

/: create/symlink failed, no inodes free
Segmentation fault
slash:~#

I'm guessing this might be related? Nothing is full, but I don't know
how to check where all my inodes went...

slash:~# df -h

slash:~#

I suspect someone will be able to tell me what dumb thing I've done, but
if not I guess I'll just have to try a wipe and reinstall, which will be
a PITA as there's half a terabyte of mirrors I'll have to rebuild. Oh
well :-)

Ta,

Dave W
