No, for a lot of reasons. (ethical and legals ones)
If you want something to translate the page, you can always use a
browser extension. (DeepL, Google Translate, etc...)
PS : Your DMARC policy wants a valid DKIM, however i don't see DKIM
signatures in your emails.
