Then Larry you did not understand my response.  Highways, roads and
infrastructure falls into a couple of categories. Federal , state, county,
local.  If the federal government is going to dictate the terms of highway
usage then they can fund the upkeep of said highways after all they are
collecting fuel taxes to do so.
Business and factories are NOT of federal nature therefore we shouldn't be
paying for them with our federal tax dollars.  I don't believe people in
Waco, TX or Boston, MA or any place else for that matter should be funding
the Jordan Valley Gateway project at St Louis St. and Trafficway.
