Hi Tangi, okay, great, good to found out. I will add a note to the documentation to use the older version.

With the 3.3.2 version, it works. Thanks. Dear Tobias, I still can't get it to work ... I tried on another machine ... I copied jdom.jar, vecmath and other java3D jars into the jr6 repositories which adds them to my datapaht in eclipse. When I import the plguin, everything seems to be in place. However when I run as an eclipse application, the plugin is not loaded in the new workbench even after I create my new project. Shall I unzip the source files of the plugin? I'm assuming not because I can see them when I import the plugin ... I will restart from scratch then! Dear Tangi, I just tried my StateMachineEditor, and it still works. My configuration is: Eclipse SDK: 3.3.1 J3D: 1.5.1 Jdom: 1.0 GEF runtime: ? (Probably 3.3.1 as installed with Eclipse) Java Runtime Environment: jre6 But as it is quite a while ago as I set it up for the first time, I don’t really remember the single steps. But after looking at the documentation, I think that was what I did. As we use almost the same versions of Java and Eclipse, I don’t think it is a version problem. Sorry, no further ideas. Juli 2010 18:23 An: mitk-users Betreff: [mitk-users] State Machine Editor. Dear All, I'm trying to use the State Machine Editor Eclipse Plugin. I installed: - j3D 1.5.2 - jdom 1.1.1 - GEF runtime 3.5.2 - eclipse SDK 3.3.2 I copied the StateMachines1.0.0 repository (unzipped) in the Eclipse plugin repository. I followed the How to instal and use the state machines editor procedure (see snapshots attached). I manage to load the plugin and the linking with jdom.jar and vecmath.jar is correct. I then activate the Run button and get a second Eclipse workdbench launched (figure 6 of the documentation doxygen page). But what is surprising is that it does not keep any information regarding the StateMachines plugin. So when I create the new Java project, it is not linked with the StateMachines.jar library ... I tried to manually force the link before creating the new java project and also after but nothing works and I can not get the "New Statemachine" and "Statemachine from XML" buttons ... Did somebody recently manage to use the state machine editor? Thank you for your help.
