Hello,
I am trying to build MITK. I use visualstudio2010 and cmake with GUI. Is it
necessary to build first Qt and VTK, or I could only build MITK using cmake
and the source code that I have download? And, if is necessary to build Qt
how I can do that as the source code does not include any CMakeLists file
for the cmake. Finally, could I use cmake instead of Qt and what is the
differences between them?
