Hi there,

I am having some trouble with packing, specifically qt assistant for the help files.

So, if I build the latest (414bb8b4d0) MITK-ProjectTemplate and do a full build on Scientific Linux, it builds.

When I do make install, I see:

-- fixup_bundle
-- app='/scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-ProjectTemplate-build/CMakeExternals/Install/bin/assistant'

and then unfortunately:

-- Analyzing app='/scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-ProjectTemplate-build/CMakeExternals/Install/bin/assistant'

bundle='/scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-ProjectTemplate-build/CMakeExternals/Install/bin'

so, essentially, the assistant app is copied into the bundle, but the RPATH is not set correctly, so it still depends on compile time Qt libraries.

Hmm, we are not yet using the fixup_bundle() macro to pull in the executable dependencies and verify it. Manually removing the RPATH might work.

When I run cpack -V I get the same problem.

Consequently, my application does much the same thing, and the Qt Assistant cannot be installed. Also, I am not sure I understand why "include(mitkInstallRules)" is placed after include(CPack), but I am sure somebody out there does.

I think the order is just not important.

So, does anyone else currently manage to do a full installation, including the Qt helper app?

Thanks

Matt
