As an addendum:

Typically you start a diffusion mini app by starting "MitkDiffusionMiniApps 
<MiniAppName>", see [1] for a couple of examples.

Hi David,

all diffusion related miniapps are now combined in one executable. Look
for "MitkDiffusionMiniApps" in the bin folder. Fibertracking is included
there.
