Sorry, that did not make sense. What I meant was whether the command
'MitkDiffusionMiniApps GibbsTracking' is backwards compatible
with 'mitkFiberTrackingMiniApps.sh GibbsTracking'

Do you know what the last release was that
included mitkFiberTrackingMiniApps.sh? I may have to revert for a little
while.
