Dear Users
I have 2 problems for using mitk 2014.10 softwares.
The first one is
I have an 128x128x375 PET Image which is nii format. I want to select 3D
ROI in this image and do 3D segmentation for this selected 3D ROI. But I
cannot find how to select ROI for this image.
The second question is
I do threshold segmentation on this image then I picked the segmented
region. But I couldn't calculated the segmented volume for this region.
I would be grateful if you help me about these problems.
