Hi Demet,

tutorial step 1 [1] contains a global reinit. First you get the geometry of all 
objects:
  mitk::TimeGeometry::Pointer geo = ds->ComputeBoundingGeometry3D(ds->GetAll());
Next, you perform the reinit with respect to this geometry:
  mitk::RenderingManager::GetInstance()->InitializeViews( geo );
