I just noticed that I have some missing tabs on the final product. For instance, I don't have the option Reverse Phase Encoding Direction, I don't have volume fraction for the first three compartments, etc. I started MITK Diffusion from cmd line after I ran StartVS_Release. I don't know how to start the application from Visual Studio. I'm not sure if this is the reason or I forgot to check something during the build process. Thank you! Regards, Hu
