Hi Stefan,
Thanks for these information. We only have issues with the "make install" part
of Mitk superBuild, it now compiles perfectly with some patches and an external
version of Eigen. A bit more from us, we will use the base platform of Mitk to
build a metrology software, aiming various information extraction from signals
coming from electronic microscopes, like SEM, TEM and AFM.
