Hi all,
When I load a a CT dataset and its related surface model from an STL file,
MITK displays the surface model on the 3D render window and on the three 2D
render windows, corresponding contours are displayed on each slice. I would
like to extract the contour points from each slice.
I know that the SurfaceVtkMapper2D displays the 2D contours using
vtkcutter, but I'm not sure how to extract the contours points from the
rendered slices.
Thanks for any suggestions.
