Hi Sriprabha,
the contours are internal to the mapper. You can use your own vtkCutter, though. The output is a vtkPolyData, hence you can simply call vtkPolyData::GetPoints() to access the contour points. I would like to extract the contour points from each slice. I know that the SurfaceVtkMapper2D displays the 2D contours using vtkcutter, but I'm not sure how to extract the contours points from the rendered slices. Thanks for any suggestions. -Sriprabha ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, SlashDot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ mitk-users mailing list mitk-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mitk-users
