Dear all,
I have been struggling with the issue for 3 weeks now. When I put the
full path of the header in the file it builds, but then it acts weirdly
in the application (also not really a solution either)
Does anyone have any other ideas I can try?

Dear all,
I have a project that is built on top of MITK (version 2016.03), and I
am now trying to build it on windows with Microsoft Visual Studio
Community 2013 update 5. I have managed to build this on Linux and now
we are just trying to build on windows as well.
So my project uses VMTK, and I have built VMTK within MITK, but now
when I am trying to build my project, it can't find the vmtk header
files.
This is the error message I am getting:
Error24error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'vtkvmtkPolyDataCenterlines.h': No such file or directory
It seemed to be a similar to:

but my CMakeList.txt file has "PACKAGE_DEPENDS VMTK" so it seems to be
a slightly different, windows only issue.
I also tried manually adding the paths for the include directory and
the library directories of where the vmtk files are, but I still get
the same error.
I am completely out of ideas now, so any help is much appreciated!
