Hi Angela,
have you tried Stefans proposal in
https://sourceforge.net/p/mitk/mailman/message/35708204/<https://emea01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsourceforge.net%2Fp%2Fmitk%2Fmailman%2Fmessage%2F35708204%2F&data=01%7C01%7Cangela.lee%40kcl.ac.uk%7Cdc650be28be448218f4d08d5fe398345%7C8370cf1416f34c16b83c724071654356%7C0&sdata=TtfrKlcVPq0G7dwc%2B4mPYKdbuRunTUm%2BkdZez%2FWZf6I%3D&reserved=0>
?
Is VMTK build correctly (in <MITK-bin>/ep/src)? Are the headers copied in
<MITK-bin>/ep/include (similar to vtk)?
How does you CMakeLists.txt file look like?
Have you considered to use a newer version of MITK? The beta version of MITK
2018.04 can be cloned with git and the tag v2018.04-beta. However, only Visual
Studio 2017 is supported.

Subject: Re: [mitk-users] vmtk linking issue in windows visual studio 2013
Dear all,
I have been struggling with the issue for 3 weeks now. When I put the full path
of the header in the file it builds, but then it acts weirdly in the
application (also not really a solution either)
Does anyone have any other ideas I can try?
Please send help!
Cheers,
Angela
Dear all,
I have a project that is built on top of MITK (version 2016.03), and I am now
trying to build it on windows with Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2013
update 5. I have managed to build this on Linux and now we are just trying to
build on windows as well.
So my project uses VMTK, and I have built VMTK within MITK, but now when I am
trying to build my project, it can't find the vmtk header files.
This is the error message I am getting:
Error 24 error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'vtkvmtkPolyDataCenterlines.h': No such file or directory
It seemed to be a similar to:
https://sourceforge.net/p/mitk/mailman/message/35708204/<https://emea01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsourceforge.net%2Fp%2Fmitk%2Fmailman%2Fmessage%2F35708204%2F&data=01%7C01%7Cangela.lee%40kcl.ac.uk%7Cdc650be28be448218f4d08d5fe398345%7C8370cf1416f34c16b83c724071654356%7C0&sdata=TtfrKlcVPq0G7dwc%2B4mPYKdbuRunTUm%2BkdZez%2FWZf6I%3D&reserved=0>
but my CMakeList.txt file has "PACKAGE_DEPENDS VMTK" so it seems to be a
slightly different, windows only issue.
I also tried manually adding the paths for the include directory and the
library directories of where the vmtk files are, but I still get the same error.
I am completely out of ideas now, so any help is much appreciated!
Thank you :)
Angela
