Dear Jawad, regarding your questions: - Elastography: As far as I know we have no modules/plugins so far for elastographic analysis. But contributions are very welcome ;).
- Registration of US: We have no dedicated algorithms so far for US registration onto other modalities. Do you have a 2D-3D or a 3D-3D problem statement? But it is not impossible that one of our build in configurations or the wrapped registration toolboxes (e.g. plastimatch) have a configuration that fits your needs.
