Hi Selva, this is a legitimate question. In fact you should either open just one of the DICOM files and all others in the folder will be recognized or use the DICOM Browser Plugin within the Icon-Bar on the top. With this browser you can go with the „Import“-Tab and choose „Scan directory“ which lists you all available DICOM series to load.
To be faster, you can drag and drop one DICOM file from your file browser into the left Data Manager view of the MITK workbench. The image loader automatically looks for other DICOM files in the folder from which you choose one file. Your files should not be broken, at least i can open the series. I have attached a couple of sample files from a study for your reference. This study consists of 147 images (0-146 dcm images). I have shared two images (dcm0, dcm1). Can you let us know what is the issue? Whenever I load the file, "Choose file reader" window shows up with a drop down. I tried by selecting both of the options but it does not work. Is it incorrect to upload one dicom image at a time? if yes, can you let me know why? Should I selecting all 147 images and click "Open file", even then nothing happens. As I am new to this, not sure whether the issue is with the file itself Can you please help?
