Hey Selva, If you are building MITK from source enable the ‘mxnmultiwidgeteditor’ and the ‘renderwindowmanager’. In the workbench you can open this editor instead of the StdMultiWidget. This will give you a single render window but you can add additional render windows using the button in the top right corner of the mxndisplay. You can also disable synchronized navigation by clicking on the arrows-button in the top right corner of the mxndisplay. Then you will use the ‘RenderWindowManager’ plugin to change the view direction (‘axial’) of the corresponding render windows.
Unfortunately the feature is not included in the current release so it does not work with the latest installer. As you can see below, I have two files. One is the input file and Other is the output file. Currently I see only one file at a time in the window pane. Is there any way to view it for example like Axial pane of Input file and Axial pane of Output file? So, it can be useful for the radiologist? I tried opening another session of MITK but it doesn't happen as well. MITK recognizes the session which is already open and does create a new session If the feature isn't available, can you just suggest any other way to do this? [image.png] Thanks Selva
