Hey, as I said, you need to build MITK from source and you can use this tag for your build. The feature is currently not available in any installer that we provide via our webpage. You can enable the two mentioned plugins via CMake during your MITK-configuration of your own build.
If you did not build MITK from source before, check these pages: [1], [2] [1] https://phabricator.mitk.org/source/mitk/ [2] http://docs.mitk.org/nightly/DeveloperManualPortal.html From: SELVA MUTHU KUMARAN SATHAPPAN [mailto:selvasathappa...@gmail.com] Sent: Monday, 15 July, 2019 12:10 To: Kalali, Amir Cc: mitk-users@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: Re: [mitk-users] View Original image and Segmented image - Side by side Hello, Thanks for the response Can I know which version of MIT workbench has this feature? In the workbench you can open this editor instead of the StdMultiWidget. This will give you a single render window but you can add additional render windows using the button in the top right corner of the mxndisplay. You can also disable synchronized navigation by clicking on the arrows-button in the top right corner of the mxndisplay. Then you will use the ‘RenderWindowManager’ plugin to change the view direction (‘axial’) of the corresponding render windows. Unfortunately the feature is not included in the current release so it does not work with the latest installer. As you can see below, I have two files. One is the input file and Other is the output file. Currently I see only one file at a time in the window pane. Is there any way to view it for example like Axial pane of Input file and Axial pane of Output file? So, it can be useful for the radiologist? I tried opening another session of MITK but it doesn't happen as well. MITK recognizes the session which is already open and does create a new session If the feature isn't available, can you just suggest any other way to do this? [image.png] Thanks Selva
