Please can you clarify exactly where the calipers measure from and to in the MITK ultrasound assessment tool. When drawing a line you want to measure there are little squares at the end of any line drawn and it is not clear whether you need to place the middle of the box over the end point of the structure you want to measure or whether it must be aligned with some other part of the caliper box
