Hello everyone.Since Mixxx 1.11.0's controller scratch performance is now tied to the effective waveform frame rate, selecting the fastest one automatically is key for first-time users. Strangely, on my system that has OpenGL drivers, the Software renderer is about twice as fast (I get over 65fps with it) than any of the GL ones.
Does anyone else experience faster frame rates with the Software one as well?
If not, we should add a function that tests the frame rate of all of the available renderers and selects the fastest on first-run or suggests the fastest on subsequent runs if it's not already selected.
