Hmmm, that's not the first time this has happened (I did not have
the problem but someone else has mentioned it recently)
Try running 'autoheader' manually and then I think the autogen.sh
will work as expected. For some reason autogen.sh either is not
running autoheader (at least that is what the symptom is).
