Hi all,
after getting the first part (image) working, I tried to get the sound also. First I tried to get the sound trough the DC30plus - no sound. Then I thought, I should try it with the video-players-soundcable plugged into the soundcard instead of the DC30plus - still no sound.

Here is my commandline:
$ lavrec --format=a --input=p --decimation=2 --quality=80 --audio-source=l --audio-volume=80 raus.avi

++ WARN: [lavrec] Unable to set negative priority for audio thread.

Also playing with alsamixer did not change the situation. Attached the alsa-configurationfile. I did try to play some other videos.wav using mplayer - that did work fine, including sound! So the soundcard is ok and somehow installed correctly.

So I have mainly two questions now:

1. Can someone confirm, that capturing *Audio* through the DC30plus does work at all? And if yes, with which application/settings/commandline?

2. Does someone know, how to configure alsamixer/may be other settings/lavrec to capture sound trough the soundcard?

TIA, Ingo.
