When you have this state you hear the sound in your speakers ?
If you have more than one sound card. you have to set the LAV_AUDIO_DEV
and LAV_VIDEO_DEV ENV variables !!! If the audio card you want to use in
not the first audio card.
ok, interesting, thanks
Which soundcard do you have ?Ensoniq AudioPCI Chip: Cirrus Logic CS4297A rev 3
Here is my commandline: $ lavrec --format=a --input=p --decimation=2 --quality=80 raus.avi
If it does not work, please add "-v 2" to your commandline and attach
that output to your next mail. It can also be that some other programm
is using your sound card and your card can't record while playing back.
You can check that with "fuser /dev/dspX" where X is your dsp on the
sound card, starting with 0. If you find programms stop them, and try
again.
ok, thanks interesting - but for the moment it works fine -- Ingo Lantschner T (+43-1) 59 55 766 M (+43-664) 143 84 18
