Any good CD/DVD burning application can do this for you. I would advise you to install K3B which is easy plug 'n play, click 'n run.
google shows me lots of ways around css, but is there an easy way to make a simple copy?
You said you wanted to copy your home-made DVD's, no encryption. That's what K3B can do for you.
