Hi,

I'm using the 1.6.2-0.9 on a Debian testing system. I've apt-get update/upgraded and apt-get tells me that version is the most up-to-date.

Will installing 1.8.0 solve the empty DHT issue I was seeing?

If so, should I just install from a gzipped tar or is there a .deb out there?

Thanks

Lex

I have an MJPEG AVI that I wish to split into a series of JPEGs.
I've tried using lavtran, like so:

bash% lavtrans +n -o image%05d.jpeg -f i vid.AVI

but it generates JPEGS with empty huffman tables (0x0 DHT).

Which version of mjpegtools are you using? The latest release
        1.8.0 or the old 1.6.2?

        Cheers,
